Once your drug possession conviction is vacated under State v. Blake, you are eligible for a refund of the costs of supervision (COS) you paid. DOC first started assessing COS in 1993. If you were on community supervision before 2011, you were charged COS monthly. From 2011 onward, COS were a flat fee of $475 per cause number. For more info, click here.
