You have a right to have that simple drug possession conviction cleared (“vacated”) from your record, under the Washington State Supreme Court decision State v. Blake.
Once that conviction is vacated, you also may be eligible for a refund of: (1) LFOs you paid on the vacated conviction; (2) DOC costs of supervision; and (3) other expenses you paid for that conviction like drug treatment costs.
