Clear your SIMPLE drug possession conviction

Were you convicted of simple drug possession between February 25, 2021 and 1971 in Washington? If yes, that conviction is unconstitutional and you are entitled to have that conviction vacated, paid LFOs refunded, and possibly other costs refunded.

Vacate your conviction

The law allows you to ask the court to clear “vacate” your record if you were convicted of most class B and class C felonies. To be eligible, you have to have paid off your LFOs, finished all other conditions of your sentence, and have no pending criminal charges. There are exceptions.
